Compensation Professional Opportunity

This is a dynamic role for a Compensation Professional where you will be responsible for delivering expert solutions in the area of Compensation & Benefit. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to research and understand client context, collect data, analyze available data, and prepare reports to present findings and recommend ways forward for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry trend research externally and review internal materials per industry
  • Interact with clients to gain insight into their requirements
  • Research client organization materials to grasp contextual understanding and requirements
  • Apply critical thinking to gain deeper comprehension and identify key requirements or gaps
  • Analyze compensation data to identify root causes, trends, and issues, and generate reports accordingly
  • Develop an outline of recommended solutions and validate them with project managers
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions across data consulting services
  • Create project plans based on agreed scopes of work, seek sign-off from project managers and clients, schedule meetings, monitor progress, and report against deliverables
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality of work delivered to clients
  • Making presentations to clients on recommended solutions and modifying them as per recommendations
  • Liaise with finance to raise invoices on a timely basis and track payments
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned business partners
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Develop proposals for prospective clients, interact with them for preliminary information, and modify proposals as required
  • Support consultants in coordinating with points of contact to set up meetings

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in total rewards/compensation
  • Possession of an MBA/Post graduation in Human Resources

Preferred Skills:

  • Human Resources experience with expertise in Compensation & Benefit
  • Good understanding of various areas in HR, comfort with numbers, and knowledge of compensation terminology
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analytics
  • Dynamic, motivated, flexible, and result-oriented personality with ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
