Job Title: Senior Store Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Retail Leader to take charge of our store sales team and drive the success of our luxury fine jewelry boutique in Delhi.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Creating a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensuring that the boutique maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in business administration and a fashion graduate from a leading institution.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
