Role Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Executive will be the brand ambassador, ensuring a superior client experience while driving sales of luxury jewellery. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, refined customer handling, and a deep appreciation for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products that reflect their taste and lifestyle.
  • Ensure seamless sales transactions including billing, documentation, and after-sales services.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, clienteling, and exclusive previews.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain product displays, inventory accuracy, and brand presentation.
  • Stay updated on jewellery collections, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: In luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or hospitality.
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (specialization in sales, retail, or customer relations preferred).
  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven with a flair for luxury customer service.
  • Polished grooming and etiquette befitting a luxury environment.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
