Role Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Executive will be the brand ambassador, ensuring a superior client experience while driving sales of luxury jewellery. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, refined customer handling, and a deep appreciation for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products that reflect their taste and lifestyle.
- Ensure seamless sales transactions including billing, documentation, and after-sales services.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, clienteling, and exclusive previews.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and swift resolution.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain product displays, inventory accuracy, and brand presentation.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, product knowledge, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: In luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or hospitality.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (specialization in sales, retail, or customer relations preferred).
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a flair for luxury customer service.
- Polished grooming and etiquette befitting a luxury environment.
- Ability to handle high-value clients with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and regional languages; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
