Luxury Retail Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead our flagship store in Bengaluru, India.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES:
- Deliver personalized and luxurious in-store experiences to every client
- Achieve sales targets while building strong, long-term client relationships
- Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with grace
- STORE OPERATIONS:
- Oversee daily store functions including inventory, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance
- Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports
- TEAM LEADERSHIP:
- Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency
- Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture
- BRAND REPRESENTATION:
- Uphold the luxury retail ethos in all client interactions
- Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the luxury brand's values and craftsmanship story
