About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a B2B Franchisee Partner Alliance Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to acquire new franchisee partners and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, training programs, and marketing initiatives that drive growth and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact our business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
