Key Responsibilities

  • Advise high net worth individuals on equity investments, derivatives, and currencies.
  • Manage large customer accounts with a book size of 25 lakhs or more.
  • Build strong relationships with business associates to increase revenue and quality service.
  • Assist business associates in scaling their existing base and revenue through quality service and showcasing future opportunities.
  • Given an existing book to manage, apply deep market understanding and advance strategies to increase the book size and revenue.
  • Maintain regular contact with large customers and business associates to provide ongoing support.
  • Profile business associates by conducting in-depth reviews of customer financial requirements, analyzing investors' investment styles, risk appetite, and recommending suitable portfolios or actionable advice.
  • Create large option books and maximize customer activation through quality advisory services.
  • Upsell and identify opportunities to guide large customers to diversify their investment portfolios by advising them on suitable products like mutual funds, PMS, IAP, and insurance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG-B2B/Partner Alliance/Franchisee verticals of stock broking firms.
  • Existing relationship manager team leaders.
  • Experts in research sectors like BFSI, auto, FMCG, and consumer durables, with thorough knowledge of institutional equity research.
