
Senior Wealth Advisory Specialist

Role Description:
- We seek an experienced professional to provide in-depth advisory services to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) on Equity, F&O-Equity/Currency/Commodity.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large customers with a book size of 25 lacs and above.
- You will build strong rapport with Business Associates (Partners, Franchisees, and IFAs) to bring business scalability and quality servicing.
- Focus on customer and Business Associate longevity by providing research-based advice.
- Help Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, and Partners scale their existing base and revenue through quality service and showcasing future opportunities.
- Manage existing books and apply deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Meet regularly with large customers and Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, and Partners.
- Profile Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, and Partners by conducting in-depth reviews of customers' financial requirements, analyzing investors' investment styles, risk appetites, and recommending suitable portfolios or actionable insights.
- Develop large option books along with revenue and maximize activation of customers of Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, and Partners.
- Upsell and look for opportunities to guide large customers to diversify their investment portfolios by advising them suitable products like Mutual Funds, PMS, IAP, Insurance, bringing stability and longevity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG-B2B/Partner Alliance/Franchisee verticals of Stock Broking firms.
- Expertise in researching sectors like BFSI, Auto, FMCG, and Consumer Durables, should be thorough with Institutional Equity Research, connecting with Buy Side institutions like Mutual Fund Houses and Insurance Companies.
- Existing Relationship Manager Team Leaders.

- Extensive knowledge of Equity, F&O-Equity/Currency/Commodity markets.
- Strong advisory skills and the ability to provide in-depth research-based advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and Business Associates.
- Proven track record of managing large customer books and increasing revenue.
- Experience in developing and implementing advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Knowledge of Institutional Equity Research and ability to connect with Buy Side institutions.
