Job Title: Senior Wealth Management Advisor
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. This is a critical position that requires expertise in wealth management, equity advisory, and financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, portfolio management services, corporate fixed deposits, initial public offerings (IPOs), loan against shares, and insurance. They will also possess excellent client servicing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
This role involves acquiring and managing ultra-high net worth individual (UHNI) and high net worth individual (HNI) clients, providing expert advice on various market instruments, and driving revenue through personalized investment solutions and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and handle UHNI/HNI clients for the Private Client Group with a book size of Rs. 25 Lacs and above.
- Advise UHNI/HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, Currency & Commodity Markets, and generate revenue from these relationships.
- Cross-sell Third Party Products such as Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), Loan Against Shares (LAS), IPOs, and Insurance.
- Handle client queries and complaints, ensuring resolution within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Apply deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase client book size and revenue.
- Profile clients by conducting in-depth reviews of their financial requirements, analyzing information, and recommending suitable portfolios.
- Monitor and enhance advisors' advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate with Third Party Product Manufacturers and all relevant stakeholders.
- Expertise in Equity Advisory and Wealth Management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Corporate FD, IPO, LAS, and Insurance.
- Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity Markets.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage UHNI/HNI client relationships.
- Excellent client servicing and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
