As a seasoned leader in wealth management, you will be the face of our business and the first point of contact with clients. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners, as well as delivering exceptional services to them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisors (IFAs), mutual fund distributors (MFDs), and registered investment advisors (RIAs).
  • To demonstrate expertise in various wealth management products, including debentures, alternative investment funds (AIFs), portfolio management services (PMS), mutual funds, insurance, government securities (G-Secs), corporate bonds, commercial papers, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), and partially convertible debentures (PTCs).
  • To educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with these products.
  • To identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • To drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • To achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of our wealth management business.
  • To conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience working in a wealth management setup.

Skills:

  • A proven track record of building and managing relationships with channel partners (IFAs/MFDs/RIAs) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • A strong understanding of wealth management products, including debentures, AIFs, PMS, MFs, etc.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and incentives.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications, such as AMFI or NISM, are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Conducting and assisting in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
