Job Opportunity: Senior Operations Leader

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization as a Senior Operations Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in transforming and creating a client-focused, data-driven efficient organization.

The role holder is expected to engage with clients, advisors, risk officers, and business COOs to redefine operating models, drive front office behavior, business metrics, and influence client behavior.

  • Lead and manage operations transformation and change at scale, including RPA, data analytics, workflow, and productivity initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of operational processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Minimum 13-19 years of experience in wealth management operations.
  • Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, money market, alternative investment, mutual fund, and insurance products for global markets.
  • Experience in managing large teams, driving productivity, and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
