Senior Business Development Specialist

To spearhead revenue growth, the successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and cross-sell wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.
- Grow Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through acquisition and deepening of existing relationships.
- Generate revenue by cross-selling business banking and wealth products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.
- Sustain high-quality sourcing by acquiring potential clients with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
- Cultivate and manage both business and individual (resident and NRI) client relationships.
- Increase product penetration and reduce exit barriers by offering tailored solutions to clients.
- Regularly review and optimize client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with Client Experience Managers to provide superior service to clients.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance processes and guidelines.
- Reduce rejection rates and enhance documentation quality.
- Promote 360-degree client engagement and total ownership.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
