  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines while driving business outcomes.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in life insurance, preferably with exposure to bancassurance. They should be currently at Band 2 level (or equivalent senior management grade) and have demonstrated stability in their current/previous role. A strong track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth is essential.
