Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - Healthcare Solutions

At Practo, we're on a mission to simplify healthcare access for everyone. As an Enterprise Sales Manager for our Healthcare Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle of new corporate clients, from lead qualification to invoicing, with a focus on maintaining a healthy lead-to-closure ratio.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to understand client business requirements and drive deals to closure.
- Qualify leads from LinkedIn, B2B channels, and personal networks, and drive them to closure.
- Conduct demos with HR Leadership teams, CXOs, and HRBPs to explain our product offerings in detail and address queries.
- Understand client needs and craft customized proposals to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and submit RFPs, evaluation sheets, and provide clients with necessary information to ensure Practo maintains a strong position among bidders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals based on client needs.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups on the hunting pipeline to ensure continuous engagement and communicate regular updates to clients.
- Document no-sale reasons and communicate them clearly with the business and product teams.
- Program manage the due diligence process, infosec requirements, and other formalities until invoicing is completed.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Hunter Requirements and Qualifications:
- Comfortable conducting sales in an enterprise environment across mid-market and key accounts segments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of Practo's company services and its position in the industry.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when approaching the next potential client.
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
