Enterprise Sales Excellence Manager

At Progressive Placement Services Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales excellence and process improvement across our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales excellence specialists to drive actionable outcomes and optimize the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency in sales processes and outcomes.
  • Coach sales managers and sellers on customer planning fundamentals, habits, and plan quality.
  • Support the development of segment strategy, territory planning, and quota setting.
  • Drive business planning, advise segment leads, and collaborate with peers to develop segment strategy.
  • Apply key reporting tools and conduct analysis on key revenue drivers in collaboration with team members.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • 7 years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
  • 5 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $159,000 - CAD $310,700 per year.
