Ratnaafin is seeking an experienced Business Development Head - Renewable Energy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for solar finance in Gujarat that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for solar finance in Gujarat
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
  • 5-10 years of prior experience in sales in NBFC in Gujarat
  • Specific experience in solar loan for minimum 2/3 years
  • Must have team handling experience

Salary: ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
