Job Summary:


Delhivery is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Full Truck Load and Cross Border sales teams.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:



  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage teams and lead by example

Compensation:


A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
