Job Summary:
Delhivery is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Full Truck Load and Cross Border sales teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to manage teams and lead by example
Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
