We are a leading educational institution dedicated to providing quality learning experiences. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various aspects of our operations, including student management, data entry, and communication with parents and students.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately enter information into our CRM system, with training provided as needed.
- Student Management: Manage student records, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of resources.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with parents and students through effective communication, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervision: Provide supervision during tests, ensuring a smooth and secure examination process.
- Fee Receipt Making: Prepare fee receipts, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial protocols.
- Attendance and Feedback: Contact parents regarding attendance and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Admission Conversion: Process admission conversions, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in an administrative capacity is essential, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment and ShiftsYou will be required to work in one of our 5 branches, located in Wagholi, Somnath Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Kalyani Nagar, or Dighi. The shifts will be either 5:45am-10:30am & 4:15-8:30pm or 12:30PM-8:30PM.
Compensation PackageOur competitive compensation package includes a fixed salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 per month, plus variable incentives for admission conversion. Experienced candidates have the potential to earn above ₹25000 per month.
