Administrative Coordinator

Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, a premier residential Skills University in India, seeks a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Registrar Office.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 9 years of experience in educational administration or equivalent. They will be well conversant with Marathi, English, and Hindi.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Administer various sections of the Registrar Office, including Statutory Compliances, Student Affairs, Establishment, and Legal Sections.
- Organize and administer academic and administrative activities for effective functioning of the University.
- Arrange meetings of statutory authorities, such as the Governing Body, Board of Management, Academic Council, and Board of Examination, and make necessary arrangements for their conduct.
- Maintain records, documents, and other essential data related to students, staff, and the University.
- Represent the University in legal matters, government offices, regulatory bodies, and court proceedings.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
