Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at IGT Solutions in Pune, Viman Nagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of onboarding best practices and the ability to coordinate and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.

About the Role:

The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.

The successful candidate will also serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, they will collaborate with the HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
  • Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies, and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members with prior experience in corporate onboarding.

Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum
