About the Role:

IGT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Program Manager to collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conduct orientation sessions, and address logistical needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate our company's culture, policies, and procedures to recruits.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention is required. Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context is essential.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context.
- Demonstrable understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members with prior experience in corporate onboarding.
