At Landytech, we're revolutionizing the way investment managers and asset owners access asset information. As a Data Analyst - Portfolio Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for the efficient and timely onboarding of client portfolio and investment data, playing a crucial role in our company's growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure the successful onboarding of client portfolio data, including data collection, analysis, importing, and reconciliation.
  • Transform data according to client requirements, asset classes, and investment types for seamless integration into our reporting platform.
  • Reconcile client portfolio performance and holdings to ensure data consistency.
  • Break down complex project deliverables into manageable tasks for efficient execution.
  • Provide timely and transparent updates to customers, working closely with the implementation team.
  • Understand and address customer data and reporting needs to deliver effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to drive process improvements and contribute to product development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in Capital Markets, Fintech, Brokerage, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, investment strategies, and financial instruments.
  • Experience processing complex financial data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and summarize detailed information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of asset valuation, including private assets, bonds, derivatives, swaps, FX forwards, commodities, and equities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel VBA.
  • FRM/CFA certification (preferred but not required).
