Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at our Pune office. This 6-month internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients to drive customer acquisition.

Marketing Campaigns: Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Content Creation: Create and refine promotional content, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Lead Management: Manage leads and client data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.

Social Media: Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation is a plus.

Time Management: Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proactivity: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
