About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Converge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and review annual and monthly budgets for the Training Centre
  • Review budgets against performance with internal stakeholders
  • Execute strategies for incremental revenue

You will work closely with our City, Corporate Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Sales and Operations Management of the Training Centre. Your primary focus will be on profitability and revenue, sales operations and F&B management, client experience, and leadership and team management.

Requirements:
  • A self-starter with the ability to act
  • Demonstrated understanding of business and strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to understand complex situations and make sound business decisions
