About the Role:

This leadership position will design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with our business goals. It will also lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance, develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs, build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.">
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles
