**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Zonal Talent Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders to provide strategic talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions, particularly in sales.


Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve retention rates.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce attrition, focusing on high-turnover segments such as insurance sales staff.
  • Develop and execute induction training programs for new hires.
  • Design and implement talent retention and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs based on business and individual goals.
  • Ensure new hire assimilation and drive employee engagement initiatives.


Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches in the zone.
  • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain compliance.
  • Resolve governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution issues effectively.
  • Foster open communication and connectivity among employees.


Strategic HR Partnership
  • Liaise with function heads and designate personnel to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across all centers in the country to drive strategic HR initiatives.
