Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions across India and international partner universities.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to strengthen institutional partnerships and support student recruitment efforts.

  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with colleges, schools, and universities
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with company objectives
  • Coordinate campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions
  • Represent the organization and its partner universities during education fairs and institutional meetings
  • Work closely with various teams to support partner engagement
  • Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement
  • Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events
  • Knowledge of international education systems (UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada) is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams
