Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead strategic partnerships in India's education sector.

  • This role involves collaborating with key government stakeholders, identifying policy synergies, and driving product adoption across public education systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge partnerships with Central and State Government bodies across K-12, Higher Education, and ITI segments.
  • Map existing and upcoming government education policies to determine strategic alignment with our products and education initiatives.
  • Negotiate with senior government officials, including Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, and other decision-makers, to communicate product value propositions.
  • Lead product adoption efforts by defining and tracking performance metrics for engagement and impact.
  • Develop capacity-building programs through stakeholder training, cadence calls, and regular field visits.
  • Deliver executive-level reports for internal stakeholders and progress updates for senior government officials.
  • Cultivate insights from stakeholder engagements to inform product roadmaps and future iterations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in government relations, education policy, or public sector partnerships; prior experience in EdTech or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of India's education policy landscape and government functioning.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and program execution in public sector environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate policy into actionable partnership opportunities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
