Corporate Outreach Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop strategic outreach plans to engage diverse audiences and foster partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and collaborations.
  • Design and implement effective promotional campaigns using various channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and community initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners to create joint initiatives, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Foster cross-promotional activities with other organizations to expand reach and impact.
  • Create compelling content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize events to connect with potential audience members.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote its mission and initiatives.
  • Attend meetings and networking events to build relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations and workshops to educate and engage target audiences.
  • Generate leads through outreach events.
  • Establish new partnerships with companies annually to expand placement opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with existing corporate partners through regular engagement activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
  • Creative thinking, innovation, and a proactive approach to engaging industries.
