Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the education industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working from our office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the EdTech/Academic/school/clinical counseling sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Suraasa products and articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Engage with potential customers to identify their pain points and create personalized growth journeys.
  • Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all leads and follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team.

Requirements
  • 6-24 months of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong conversational abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Documents and CRM systems.
