Key Responsibilities:


The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for introducing Divine Success Coach Connect programs to potential clients, answering initial questions, and generating interest in upcoming webinars and coaching sessions. This includes:



  • Confirming attendance for registered attendees, sharing webinar details, and managing follow-up communications post-event.
  • Coordinating with coaches and clients to set up personalized 1:1 sessions, ensuring smooth and timely scheduling.
  • Engaging with attendees and clients in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and sharing relevant information on Divine Success Coach Connect offerings.
  • Maintaining an organized database of attendee and client information, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
  • Gathering feedback from clients and attendees to help improve future events and sessions.
  • Providing regular updates on call outcomes, registrations, and session schedules to the team.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • A laptop and smartphone with a call recording facility to manage calls and communications.
  • A friendly, polite, and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and coordinate scheduling.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and comfort with using webinar platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
  • The ability to quickly understand Divine Success Coach Connect's programs and services to answer queries confidently.
