Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled business operations manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain facilities, and ensure they are clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Oversee timely facility-related repairs and maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Inventory Control: Implement a tracking mechanism to monitor the availability of housekeeping stationery and pantry consumables.
  • Asset Allocation: Manage and record allocations of workstations, chairs, pedestal keys, lockers, and storage keys.
  • Waste Management: Ensure waste disposal is in compliance with environmental norms.
  • Workforce Optimization: Optimize the performance of housekeeping attendants, pantry boys, and office assistants.
  • Training and Development: Conduct sessions on personal grooming, well-being, and self-development for housekeeping attendants and pantry boys.
  • Event Support: Provide support during HR and marketing team events.
  • First Aid and Medical Room Maintenance: Maintain first-aid supplies and medical room upkeep.
  • Cafeteria Operations: Manage day-to-day cafeteria and pantry operations.
  • Visitor Management: Arrange support for visitor, guest, and customer visits.
