Technical Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our marketing operations and reporting initiatives. This role involves leveraging technical skills to drive business success by performing various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience with front-end web development, constructing data and user workflows using tools like Twilio and Zapier. They will also be responsible for building spreadsheets for lightweight data analysis and implementing tracking and reporting software on marketing websites.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing, testing, and maintaining marketing attribution technologies, including tracking pixels, event logging, and call tracking tools.
  • Developing customized IVRs and call routing flows using Twilio, CallRail, and related platforms.
  • Using workflow automation tools like Zapier to integrate and route data between different systems.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to log, analyze, and report on consumer behaviors.
  • Writing simple integrations with third-party APIs using Zapier, Google App Scripts, or similar tools.
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to configure software systems that effectively meet business needs.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation for workflows, integrations, and marketing technologies to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with tracking, data workflows, or integrations as they arise.
  • Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues or implement new features related to marketing and operations software.
  • Assisting in QA and validation testing for new marketing tools, dashboards, or workflow automations before deployment.
  • Supporting data privacy and compliance initiatives by ensuring tracking implementations adhere to relevant regulations, e.g., GDPR, CCPA.
  • Providing end-user training and support to marketing and operations teams on new tools or processes.


Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn new concepts and tools independently. They should be proactive, curious, and comfortable experimenting and tackling new challenges. The following skills and qualifications are required:
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
  • Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with basic spreadsheet formulas and pivot tables.
