Coatings Specialist

Job Summary:

This position involves working as a technical specialist in the coatings industry, focusing on paints and related products. As a key support member, you will be responsible for providing solutions to product and process issues, collaborating with sales teams and customers, and developing new methods as needed.

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and best practices.
• Develop and implement effective experimental work procedures.
• Design experiments and create new approaches to address product and process challenges.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and counterparts at other locations.
• Stay up-to-date with core technology advancements and experimental techniques.
• Identify opportunities for new product and technical solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in a relevant field and has 3-5 years of experience in water-based paints and coatings raw materials. In-depth knowledge of rheology modifiers and their applications is essential for success in this role.
