Job Title: Client Partnership Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Partnership Manager to play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Billing and maintaining relationships with merchants is crucial for our success.
- Prospecting relevant merchants for the platform requires an understanding of marketing objectives and providing resolutions.
- Ensuring systematic follow-up with client organizations to close sales pitches within time-bound deadlines.
- Setting up and delivering sales presentations and product/service demonstrations daily.
- Handling escalation calls effectively.
- Performing effective people management through one-to-ones, coaching, and career development.
- Monitoring and controlling daily/weekly operations, reacting promptly to various situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a pleasant personality are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) coordination, new client acquisitions, and field expertise.
Academic Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream.
- Minimum 60% marks in 12th or graduation.
