Job Title: Head of Sales – Indian Sub-continent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our Indian Subcontinent Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the cash management and trade finance markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales team in the Indian Subcontinent region, driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and develop the Sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth and business success.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships.
- Deep understanding of the cash management and trade finance markets, with expertise in product knowledge and market trends.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth and business success.
