Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and improve sales quality.
- Monitor and maintain sales productivity, team handling, and underwriting skills.
- Recruit and train new advisors to enhance team performance.
- Ensure effective relationship management and communication skills to achieve sales and service targets.
Requirements:
- 12 years of team handling experience.
- Should have handled a team size of 15.
- Should have closed a target of 10 crores.
