Senior Sales Business Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly ambitious and energetic Business Development Head / Sales Head with digital marketing / advertising experience to join our team at ITP Media Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media sales, advertising, and branded content, with a proven track record of scaling up business operations and achieving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
• Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, and branded content.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations.
• Prior experience as a profit centre head is desired.
• Seasoned and successful leader with experience in a major and complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.
• Good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated.
• Candidates currently residing in Mumbai are preferred.
• Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, and network development.
