P&L Accountability

Role Summary: As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for owning the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the sales vertical, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as Head of Sales or in a senior executive role within the luxury home decor or related industry.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-end client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and other relevant tools to track performance.
