Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to establish and nurture partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India. The ideal candidate will develop strategic alliances, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions to drive long-term growth.
  • Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India to expand our network and reach.
  • Onboard new brokers efficiently to enhance our partnership portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors to ensure smooth trading operations.
  • Facilitate communication between brokers and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering value to all stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements that align with company objectives and broker expectations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration for enhanced user experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions to improve their understanding and adoption.
  • Regularly analyze broker performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns that drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to build strong partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes quickly.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage relationships and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions to maintain data integrity.
  • Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is an asset.
