
Strategic Partnership Developer

As a Business Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's partnership and alliances strategy forward.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune where you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals. You will work closely with internal teams to align on goals and objectives and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and establishing contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants.
- Providing them with information about Tata AIA and AIG and the business opportunity they can capitalize on with these institutions.
- Convincing them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners.
- Completing documentation, training, scheduling their exams, and completing onboarding.
- Helping them commence their initial business.
- Creating daily content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.
- Understanding various personal financial products, specifically all types of insurance.
- Keeping records updated and servicing clients.
- Implementing digital and social media marketing for partnerships and business opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation is essential. Additionally, familiarity with the finance, wealth management, and insurance industries is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. If you have experience in the financial services industry, that's a definite advantage.
