
Senior Event Partnership Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction across large-scale events, MICE, and experiential projects.
They will excel in communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership—and thrive in delivering world-class client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
- Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Prepare post-event reports and presentations capturing impact, ROI, and learnings.
- 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
