We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Growth and Partnerships Executive. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • You will be responsible for generating leads via Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch.
  • Set up Meta Ads campaigns with the design team to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture to ensure seamless communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to create pitch decks and proposals that showcase our services.
  • Support in building inbound and outbound funnels to drive conversions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in the IT or software industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, including , Upwork, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Driven by targets and growth, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
