Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Identify and acquire new clients through effective networking and lead generation strategies.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes with proper documentation and compliance.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite to provide customized investment advice.
- Provide expert market insights and trading strategies to clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades.
- Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking and value-added services.
- Drive client activity levels to meet sales objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and corporate actions.
- Share market insights with clients and contribute to internal reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
- 2-5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.
