Associate - Partnerships
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Partnerships Associate to support the growth and management of our referral partner network. Your primary role is to onboard high-quality partners — including trainers, CAs, and financial influencers — and ensure they consistently generate leads and stay engaged. You'll work closely with the Partnerships Lead and cross-functional teams to maintain CRM discipline, resolve attribution issues, and drive performance across your partner portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Outreach & Onboarding
Drive structured outreach through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and to identify, pitch, and onboard relevant Referral Partners. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and help partners understand our value proposition.
- Referral Partner Relationship Management
Maintain strong engagement with your portfolio of partners. Build trust, resolve queries, and provide regular updates to ensure ongoing motivation and lead generation.
- Lead Entry & Attribution Accuracy
Ensure all leads from your partners are entered into the CRM correctly and on time, with the right tagging and partner attribution. Proactively track attribution gaps and resolve them in coordination with relevant teams.
- Funnel Health Monitoring
Track the journey of leads sourced through your partners — from entry to empanelment and activation. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion.
- CRM Hygiene & Data Ownership
Keep all your partner and lead records updated with proper tagging, contact information, and funnel stage data. Ensure your pipeline is always accurate and audit-ready.
- Monthly Reviews & Communication
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with your active partners. Capture feedback, identify what's working, and share insights with the internal team.
- Payout & Dispute Coordination
Work with the finance and operations teams to ensure referral payouts are accurate and timely. Flag disputes early and coordinate resolutions professionally.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Business Acquisition team to ensure timely lead follow-ups and with Marketing to optimize partner acquisition campaigns and outreach content.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or inside sales
- Proven ability to handle cold outreach, Account Management, and CRM workflows
- Prior experience in the Mutual Fund or Financial Services Industry is an advantage
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory); additional languages are a bonus
- Strong ownership mindset, with comfort in managing pipeline, relationships, and reporting simultaneously
