Business Growth Leader

The Business Growth Leader will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships to deliver revenue growth through the alliances model with national and regional influencers of business. The role holder will ensure effective execution of partnerships in the Retail Segment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute partnerships targeted at achieving revenue delivery through these alliances, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing revenue delivery, expand market reach and enhancing overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate and initiate business for partners, ensuring the health of the business and timely settlements.
- Manage stakeholders, make decisions and possess strong analytical skills.
- Be proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables and have a strong handle on effective Channel Management Facets of Business.
- Be the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Be accountable for all control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU etc.
- Drive business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for driving various initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
- Create dashboards and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
- Bridge between partners and YBL for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
- Bridge between Sales team and product team for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Review performance periodically to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
