About This Role

The Senior Manager of New Business and Growth plays a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

This position focuses on spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on growing the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Growth Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Pitching & Conversion: Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies.
