Job Title: Senior Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to oversee key initiatives and drive business growth. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Manage LMS user accounts, permissions, and administer all activities on the platform
    • Train trainers on LMS tool usage and optimize its effectiveness
    • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS
    • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to ensure relevance and engagement
    • Create and manage learning dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making
  • Content Development
    • Develop and curate SOPs for each department, ensuring consistency and compliance
    • Oversee the management and updating of training content repositories
    • Collaborate with external vendors to create e-learning modules that meet business needs
    • Design byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics to trainers and outlet teams
  • Education and Experience
    • MBA in Human Resources or related field
    • Relevant hospitality experience is a plus
    • Fluency in English language is essential
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, WORD, EXCEL)
    • Familiarity with Canva and video making software (VYOND, Articulate, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with analytical and logical thinking
    • Vendor management and interpersonal skills
    • Presentation skills and ability to engage audiences
