A Vice President role focused on retention, cross-sell and up-sell in the Employee Health & Benefits domain requires experience engaging C-level executives and understanding SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
- Engage with C-level executives to drive business growth, deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement including benefit strategy employee communication wellness consulting and technology enablement.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales specializing in retention cross-selling and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of working with SaaS solutions Employee Health & Benefits insurance benefits consulting and service delivery models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate at senior levels.
- MBA degree from a prestigious institute.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook).
- Skilled in using CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
