  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and execute events to reach out to potential audience.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote its mission and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with potential partners and stakeholders through regular meetings and networking events.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to educate and engage target audiences on key topics.
  • Generate leads and foster business development through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with new companies annually to expand placement opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing corporate partnerships through regular engagement activities and tailored support.
  • Represent the organization at prominent forums like CII, TiE, and Tech Summits to increase visibility and recognition.
  • Organize an annual 'Corporate Placement Week' featuring job fairs and recruiter interactions.
  • Foster global placement opportunities through strategic partnerships with multinational corporations.
  • Lead and manage consulting projects with educational institutions and businesses.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate relations, community engagement, or a related field, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
  • Creative thinking, innovation, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Additional Requirements:
