
Senior Partnership Development Specialist

Job Overview:
The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute strategies that foster strong alliances with financial institutions, ultimately driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential partners: Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's objectives.
- Evaluate alignment of business goals: Assess the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships and ensure that partner banks' and financial institutions' objectives align with those of the company.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication and clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements: Negotiate terms and conditions with partners that align with the company's strategic objectives and protect its interests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met and business goals are aligned.
- Drive growth initiatives: Identify and implement joint growth opportunities with partners to drive revenue growth for the company's business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Maintain awareness of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in Financial Services.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
- High energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Able to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
- Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take the lead.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
